Lowongan Kerja – PT Kao Indonesia berdiri pada 18 Januari 1985 dengan sebuah visi menjadi perusahaan yang paling memahami dan dekat di hati konsumen dan pelanggan. Dalam memproduksi produk-produk berkualitas untuk konsumen, Saat ini PT Kao Indonesia memiliki dua fasilitas produksi di Cikarang dan Karawang serta Logistic Center.

Misi Kao adalah berupaya sepenuh hati untuk memenuhi kepuasan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat secara global dan memberikan kontribusi untuk pengembangan masyarakat yang berkesinambungan.

Saat ini PT Kao Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. 1. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

(BANDUNG, SOLO)

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum/ quarterly / monthly / weekly.
  • Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.

Job requirements

  •  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
  • Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
  • Have good command in English and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent.
  • Have driving license (SIM A).
  • Placement: Bandung, Solo.
  • Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia.

2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and implementing all product development activities (exploration stage regarding new products ideas and concepts, product development including design specifications until product manufacturing and product launch).
  • Analyze and research to identify new business opportunities and trends for develop new product.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies in product development.
  • Collaborate with manager in the process of developing product development plan, budget, and schedule.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Having minimal 1-2 years experiences in business development, product development, or FMCG.
  • Having knowledge about skincare product is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical dan problem solving skills.
  • Good communication dan teamwork skills.

3. INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Perform preliminary checking before fieldwork.
  • Perform fieldwork Audit.
  • Report audit result and propose recommendation the weakness of company operation.
  • Learning and dig the information of the current, updated, and new policies, procedure and process, rules.
  • Improve the internal working paper used.
  • Propose improvement procedures.
  • Monitor the remediation for the audit result.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • At least having 1-2 years of working experience in Audit/Accounting.
  • Fast learning, work in detail, have scepticism spirit, multi-tasking, teamwork, logic & analytics, like to dig and explore.
  • Have knowledges & experiences using SAP and experience audit for manufacture & distribution company are advantage.
  • Fluent in English.

4. PROJECT ANALYST – FIELD MARKET PLANNING

Responsibilities

  • Explore new ideas and insight to develop field market excellence.
  • Design field market activity based on data analyzing towards sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross function to get resources to execute field market activity.
  • Control and evaluate activity impact to field market performance.
  • Administer budget of project activity.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
  • Strong analytical skill and creative thinking, presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia.
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia.

5. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Develop content plans and scripts for Livestreaming & Short Video in Social Media & E-Commerce.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends.
  • Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars to align with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with brands, agencies, affiliate, & creator to ensure excellence implementation of communication and control the adherence to content guidelines and achieve high-quality output.
  • Strategize and enhance content delivery and promotional efforts.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the content marketing strategy to assess its impact.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content planning, social media specialist roles, content strategy, Affiliate relations, or other related positions.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.
  • Preferred background or exposure to the beauty industry.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, social media trends, and e-commerce trends, algorithms to craft compelling ad content.
  • Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.

6. LIVESTREAM AND VIDEO EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Conduct video shooting and editing mainly for Livestreaming & video content.
  • Manage studio property & setting to reach the expected quality for engaging communication purposes.
  • Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
  • Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
  • Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Video Editor or conduct video livestream.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Understand TikTok and other e-commerce, including its algorithm.
  • Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for TikTok.
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing on TikTok.
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.

7. PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit ( BPJS, Medical, etc.)
  • Responsible for processing the monthly payroll and overtime.
  • To control and check manufacturing cost related HCD budget.
  • Maintain payroll administration and payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, labor law, taxes.
  • Involve with HCD activity related General Affair.
  • Able to maintain the confidentially of all employee information and payroll records.

Job requirements

  • Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree ( S1) graduate in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience (Payroll processing, Tax calculation – PpH 21), but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Have a strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
  • Have a good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and with many parts or section.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and payroll software.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.

8. BRAND EXCUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Execute & monitor brand activity & campaign (ATL, BTL, Digital).
  • Manage partner (Agency, vendor, EO).
  • Create brand & competitor report & analysis.
  • Visit to monitor & understanding real market situation.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Ms. Office (excel, words, power point).
  • Ability to think creatively and innovative.
  • Proactive attitude and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent in numerical skills.
  • Analytical minded, effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

9. LOGISTIC STAFF

Responsibilities

  • Received, record & monitoring import goods (quantity, expired, physical condition).
  • In flow and out flow for product assembly and received and monitoring assembly materials.
  • Organized logistic place at warehouse and manage in system.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) in Logistic Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferable candidate with an experience in related field.
  • Good command in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Willing to be placed at Kao Indonesia Distribution (Cikarang Logistic Center).

10. RECRUITMENT STAFF

Responsibilities

  • Arrange & support all recruitment activities.
  • Screening job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinating the interview and selection process with users.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Providing administrative support for the recruitment team as needed.

Job requirements

  • Candidate are required from Diploma (D3) in Management, Informatics Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the FMCG industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience using applicant tracking systems.
  • Willing to work in Karawang Factory.
