Lowongan Kerja PT CJ Foodville Bakery and Cafe

1. Marketing Communication Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication or related.
• Have working experience minimal 4 years as Marketing Communication Supervisor/Senior level.
• Creative, innovative, good communication and negotiation skill
• Good skill in tactical promotion and promotional materials
• Love and enjoy to hang out and discover a new trending spot
• Strong knowlegde in Digital Marketing and Social Media savvy
• Good understanding on overall current trends
• Excellent in English (verbal and written)
• Possesses strong skills in Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrates attention to detail.
• Work placement at Head Office, South Jakarta.

Job Descriptions :

• Create brand awareness and marketing campaign, tactical promotion, public and media relation activities
• Create marketing season and promotion
• Manage marketing promotion of master franchise
• Brand collaboration planning
• Strategizing the marketing budget campaign, promo calendar across platform
• Monitoring digital platforms and helps to pin point current trends and issues
• Ensuring campaign and tactical promos are in line with Tous les Jours identity, unique selling point and target audiences.
• Analyze the competitors’ landscape of bakery brands and food beverage Industry
• Eyes for details

2. HR&GA Associate

Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR Office, particularly in companies operating in the food & beverage industry.
• Proficient in using psychological assessment tools.
• Familiar with social media and job portals.
• Possesses strong skills in Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrates attention to detail.
• Work placement at Head Office, South Jakarta.

Job Descriptions :

• Conduct recruitment processes (CV screening, interview scheduling, and – -conducting interviews).
• Experienced in administering psychological tests and using psychological assessment tools.
• Responsible for employee contract renewals.
• Preparing proposals and documentation for the HR Department.
• Handling HR administration: data entry, filing.
• Capable of working as part of a team, with enthusiasm and good communication skills.
