Saat ini Kekho Group kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Agustus 2024 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja Kekho Group

 

We would like to invite high-qualified candidates for the following position:

 

1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

(Jakarta Based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with finance & accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
  • Oversee daily finance & accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Supervise and mentor finance & accounting staff.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate financial and tax information to senior management and other stakeholders.

General Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max. 40 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree, majoring in Accounting / Finance / Taxation Business Administration and Tax.
  • Min. 4 years working experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
  • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Must be highly skilled in use of MS Office application.
  • Must be highly skilled in TAX matters e.g. PPN, PPH 21, PPH Final, etc.
  • Have a tax certificate (Brevet A & B)
  • Having a working experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Accurate and precise on administrative works.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard working and self-motivated person.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.

 

2. ISO Document Controller

(Jakarta Based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintain all ISO documents and records.
  • Report the performance of the organization’s management system and the necessary improvements to the Quality Representative or relevant supervisor.
  • Assist the Quality Representative in implementing document and record control procedures.
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of documentation processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted, approved, and distributed according to company procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proper document handling and compliance.

General Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max 35 years old.
  • Min. D3 in all Majors
  • Min. 3 Year experiences in the same position.
  • Having a training certificate for Management System Standard e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065.
  • Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking is a must.
  • Accurate and precise on administrative works.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working and self-motivated person.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.

 

3. Consultant and Trainer

(Jakarta Based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify the training and development needs of the organization.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to address client challenges and improve business performance.
  • Provide expert advice on ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Government regulation and guide clients through the implementation and certification process.
  • Customize training programs to suit different learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels on ISO standards, Government regulation and their applications.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques to maintain engagement and ensure effective learning.
  • Communicate with customers/affiliates/partners related to Certification projects.

General Requirements:

  • Male / Female, max 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing/consulting/certification industry.
  • Proven experience as a consultant and trainer specializing in ISO standard, Medical Devices, Electrical, F&B, and Agriculture Sectors
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Government regulation, implementation processes, and certification requirements.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Having a good network in the industrial market is most favourable.
  • Having good communication, analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Willing to support and serve customers.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to travel, work overtime and able to work under pressure.
  • Honest, dynamic, disciplined, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.

 

4. Human Resource and General Affair

(Jakarta Based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Day to day administrative works including document control.
  • Responsible for all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Responsible with employees and management of office activities
  • Provide support and assistance related with document administration office.
  • Communicate with supplier

General Requirements:

  • Male/ Female, max 35 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree, majoring in Psychology / HR Management.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in HR and GA position.
  • Having a working experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking is a must.
  • Accurate and precise on administrative works.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working and self-motivated person.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
