1. SAP Support

Evaluate & map company system with business process
-
Provide/handling help support users in any ERP issues or request related
-
Maintain and troubleshoot ERP System Application
-
Developing and maintaining ERP system customization
-
Plant and implement supportive business solutions
-
Bachelor degree in Business, Computer science or IT related field
-
Min 3 years experiences in the same field, preferable in SAP business process
-
Fluent in English
-
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP System
-
Willing to travel to aby office location, including Remote Site area
2. Procurement – Senior Staff
-
Coordinate purchase activities fulfill all Department’s requirement for operational
-
Handling purchase material , equipment, parts, fuel based on appropriate rules
-
Sourcing for vendors continuosly
-
Request pricing for tender, negotiate and recommend the purchase based on price, TOP,TOD, etc
-
Audit and review vendor performance
-
Check and monitor delivery process
-
Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when is required

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-
At least 5 years working experience in the related field
-
Good communication skill and analytical thinking
-
Fluent in English, verbal and writing
-
Proficiency in MS Office

Preferable familiar with ERP system especially SAP, Export& Import
3. Accounting Staff
Responsibility:
- Input data to Accountant System
- Checking AP Voucher
- Handling annual audit & tax audit
- Handling all the transactions which are related to BI
- Preparing financial statement
- Handling transaction which are related to Accounting & Tax
Requirement:
- Age between 25 – 30 years old
- Having experience minimum of 2-3 years in similar capacity, preferably understand the taxation
- Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Communicative and able to work as a team
- Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
- Good proficiency in English both oral & written
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferable who has the experience in SAP System
