Lowongan Kerja – PT NGK Ceramics Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan dari NGK INSULATORS, LTD di Jepang yang bergerak di bidang suku cadang otomotif terkemuka yang memproduksi HONEYCERAM.

Sebagai pembawa katalis keramik, HONEYCERAM adalah komponen penting untuk pemurnian gas buang. Katalis yang dibawa pada permukaan HONEYCERAM mengubah unsur berbahaya dalam gas buang, seperti HC, CO, dan NOx, menjadi unsur-unsur yang tidak berbahaya.

HONEYCERAM telah dipekerjakan oleh produsen mobil di seluruh dunia dan telah diproduksi tidak hanya di Jepang tetapi juga Eropa, AS, dan termasuk Indonesia.

Saat ini PT NGK Ceramics Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT NGK Ceramics Indonesia

1. Production Engineering Operator (Code: 003_PE)

• Education SMK major Engineering
• Experienced min. 1 years as in production engineering field of work. (Please describe details of job responsibilities at previous company in the CV).
• Honest, good initiative, high sense of discipline, hard worker.
• Have good command in English is a plus.
• Have basic knowledge in operating MS-Excel.
• Have good interpersonal, communication skills & personality.
• Have experience working in Japanese manufacturing company.
• Live in Bekasi area is a must.

2. Export Import / Logistic Supervisor (Code: 004_EXIM_SPV)

Spesific Requirements:

• Able to lead and manage a logistic team and multiple project simultaneously
• Excellent knowledge of export, import, bonded zone, custom regulation and policy.
• Understand and mastered manage export and import documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

General Requirements:

• Education S1 any major.
• Experienced min. 5 years as exim/logistic supervisor. (Please describe details of job responsibilities at previous company in the CV).
• Have good interpersonal and strong leadership personality.
• Good communication skill, negotiating, & analytical.
• Familiar with Japanese especially automotive industry.
• Live in Bekasi area.

3. IT-Infrastructure Staff (001_IT_STAFF)

General Requirements:

• Fresh graduates in this field of computer engineering/computer science/information technology are welcome.
• Education D3/S1 in any major (experienced min. 3 years in the same field).
• Good leadership, discipline, hard worker.
• Having a good command in English.
• Have good interpersonal, communication skills & personality.
• Familiar with Japanese manufacturing culture especially automotive industry.
• Live in Bekasi area.

Special Requirements:

• Installation/setup client PC, related PC equipment, and network LAN.
• Providing IT support to user such as troubleshooting on the client PC or other IT issues in user.
• Maintaining and repairing hardware (desktop PC, notebook, etc).
• Have knowledge about IT security and IT infrastructure (server, network, etc).

4. IT-Infrastructure Asst. Supervisor (Code: 007_IT_ASENG)

General Requirements:

• D4 / S1 any major
• Experienced min. 3 years as IT Infrastructure (Please describe details of job responsibilities at previous company in the CV).
• Good leadership, discipline, hard worker.
• Having a good command in English.
• Have good interpersonal, communication skills & personality.
• Familiar with Japanese manufacturing culture especially automotive industry.
• Live in Bekasi area.

Special Requirements:

• Establishment, setting, documentation and maintenance of network and security equipment (router, switch, access point, firewall, proxy, antivirus).
• Establishment, setting, documentation and maintenance of server such as Active Directory, File Server, Vmware environment, backup storage, etc.
• Security pat installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyze the log of server, network, and security equipment.
• Handled and maintenance & troubleshooting for other IT infrastructure such as PABX, CCTV system, client PC, and providing IT support to user.
• Familiar with related IT infrastructure brands such as HPE, Microsoft, VMWare, CISCO, Fortinet, etc.

5. General Affair Operator (Code: 002_GA)

General Requirements:

• Education SMA / SMK all major
• Experienced min. 2 years as in GA field of work. (Please describe details of job responsibilities at previous company in the CV).
• Honest, good initiative, high sense of discipline, hard worker.
• Have good command in English is a plus.
• Have basic knowledge in operating MS-Excel.
• Have good interpersonal, communication skills & personality.
• Have experience working in Japanese manufacturing company.
• Live in Bekasi area is a must.

Special Requirements:

• Have a driver’s license for SIM A
• Familiar with Jakarta, Bekasi, Karawang Routes.
