Saat ini PT United Family Food (Unifam) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Juli 2024 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT United Family Food (Unifam)

1. Area Sales Promotion Head; Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales promotion team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotions with overall strategies.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports.
• Manage the promotion budget efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify and develop new promotional strategies.
• Monitor competitors’ promotional activities.
• Train and coach the team to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) of any field
• Experience in the same position (sales promotion) in FMCG industry min. 2 years
• Proven sales track record as Area Sales Promotion
• Ability to create demand, Increase Market, achieve Sales Target and Execution Promotion Advanced in data analysis (Microsoft Excel), negotiation, creative thinking, and target-oriented
• Have experience in finding and establishing good relationships with customers & potential customers

2. Head of Area; Bali, Bangka Belitung, Samarinda, Probolinggo

Responsibilities:

• Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area
• Maintain effective relationship by visiting
• Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
• Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
• Experience in General Trade as Head of Area (sales Supervisor) in FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
• Good in Microsoft Office

3. Product Development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct trials to develop new products and improve existing products.
• Perform shelf-life testing to evaluate product durability and quality.
• Conduct on developing production processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product development, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
• Proficient in conducting product trials, shelf-life testing, and quality control.
• Have knowledge and skilled in halal assurance system, quality management system and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Procurement Staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a search for goods and services with the most competitive pricing, while ensuring the best service and quality.
• Create purchase orders and monitor delivery times to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Review and evaluate purchasing processes and vendor performance to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with administrative requirements in procurement operations.
• Ensure that purchasing records are properly maintained.
• Work cooperatively within a team and with other divisions to provide quality support services.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Expertise in project management and problem-solving.
• Intermediate proficiency in both oral and written English.

5. ERP Functional Support Staff

Responsibilities:

• To implement and support ERP systems
• Implementing the Unifam distribution system
• Providing system usage training to users at the Distributor
• Provide support to users and assist with troubleshooting issues and provide training
• Performing data migration in preparation for system implementation
• Monitoring daily sales data and following up with the users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from Information system/computer Science
• A minimum of 1 year experience as IT Trainer/ Support
• Fresh graduated are welcome
• Understand the basic concept of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Having knowledge in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to go on a business trip

6. Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls from internal (Employee or Tenant). Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Coordinate with Security/Cleaning/Engineering team for daily operational.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field
• Good in English both oral and written
• Good in administration and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
