Lowongan Kerja – PT TRACON INDUSTRI (TRACON) didirikan pada tahun 2004 sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND), sebuah perusahaan Rekayasa, Pengadaan & Konstruksi (EPC) yang sangat dikenal di Indonesia. Kami fokus pada solusi dan layanan pabrik industri, didukung oleh anggota tim yang terlatih, berpengalaman, teknis, dan luar biasa.

Saat ini PT Tracon Industri (REKIND Group) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Maret 2024 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Tracon Industri (REKIND Group)

1. Project Engineer Process

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Having at least 1 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to perform simple calculations related to process data and N2 purging
• Able to operate Hysys Software and etc.

2. Project Control

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to Operate Ms Proejct
• Willing to be placed on site if needed

3. Project Engineer Mechanical

Job Description

• Assist the Engineering Department in implementing the work plan for product development for plant services according to the targets set by the company.
• Make reports on the implementation of the work plan on an ongoing basis and reported to the Engineering Manager.
• Assist Engineering Manager in making cost budget plans for project proposals.
• Assist Engineering Manager & Program manager in the preparation of Project Execution Plant, in accordance with the proposal that has been made and during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Understand the process of executing plant service product work.
• Having at least 5 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of Mechanical both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to operate computer programs, at least Microsoft Office & able to use Mechanical software (PV Elite, etc.) is a plus.
• Have an understanding of rotating and static equipment parts
• Able to read GA drawings of mechanical equipment

4. Process Engineer

Job Description :

• Assist the Engineering Department in implementing the work plan for product development for plant services according to the targets set by the company.
• Make reports on the implementation of the work plan on an ongoing basis and reported to the Engineering Manager.
• Assist Engineering Manager in making cost budget plans for project proposals.
• Assist Engineering Manager & Program manager in the preparation of Project Execution Plant, in accordance with the proposal that has been made and during project execution.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Having at least 5 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to read PFD, HMB & P&ID, analyze operating parameters
• Able to perform simple calculations related to process data and N2 purging
• Able to operate Hysys Software and etc

5. Project Engineer Instrument

Job Description :

• Assist the Engineering Department in implementing the work plan for product development for plant services according to the targets set by the company.
• Make reports on the implementation of the work plan on an ongoing basis and reported to the Engineering Manager.
• Assist Engineering Manager in making cost budget plans for project proposals.
• Assist Engineering Manager & Program manager in the preparation of Project Execution Plant, in accordance with the proposal that has been made and during project execution.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, instruments, Physics.
• Understand the process of executing plant service product work.
• Have 2-5 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of Instrumentation and control both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to operate computer programs, at least Microsoft Office & able to use Instrumentation software is an added value.
• Understand the working principles of Field Transmitter, Control Valve, DCS, PLC and Safety Device.
• Able to read P&ID, Cause and Effect, Ladder Diagram Interlock System.

6. Logistik/Shipping Officer

Job Description :

• Familiar with HS Code and import regulation also necessary special permit.
• Responsible to provide shipping budgeting as per project requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiation with freight forwarder & Inland Transporter.
• Responsible to provide Contract agreement/ SPK (Surat Perintah Kerja) for Forwarder & Inland transporter.
• Monitoring the movement of material/ cargo and ensure the shipment received in good condition.
• Willing to travel visit to Vendor, Manufacture, Job site or witness loading unloading material/ Cargo.
• Familiar type of packing specific material project (Bulk material, Instrument, Electrical etc)
• Have a good ability for inventory Management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum at least 5 years’ experience in a logistics, shipping, or supply chain role.
• Understanding in import and customs clearance process.
• Understanding of logistics processes, including transportation and domestic shipping.
• Having good communication skill with shipper at origin and develop communication with external parties (customs)
• Capable of handling tight deadlines and working well under pressure from various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbally and in written.
