Lowongan Kerja – PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV) adalah sebuah stasiun televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia yang dimiliki oleh Trans Media. Dengan moto Milik Kita Bersama, konsep tayang stasiun ini tidak banyak berbeda dengan stasiun swasta lainnya.

Trans TV adalah anak perusahaan dari Trans Media. Kantor pusat stasiun ini berada di Gedung Trans TV, Jalan Kapten Pierre Tendean, Jakarta Selatan. Direktur Utama Trans TV saat ini adalah Atiek Nur Wahyuni yang juga merupakan Direktur Utama Trans7.

Pada Lowongan Kerja 2025 ini, PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV)

1. Secretariat

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Maintain and manage the executive’s agenda, assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
• Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely distribution to relevant parties.
• Records Management: Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring information is well-organized and easily accessible.
• Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements for executives, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential documents and sensitive information, ensuring privacy and security at all times.
• Financial Administration & Budgeting: Assist in managing financial records, prepare invoices, track expenses, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively, track budget compliance, and report on financial status.
• Reporting:Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in any major, with min. 1 year experince in related fields
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, financial formulas, and reporting).
• Strong knowledge of financial documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping practices.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both paper and electronic filing systems efficiently.
• Knowledge of general office management practices, including procurement and vendor relations.
• Quick to adapt and flexible to dynamic environment.

2. Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and execute the production process.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and sound design to enhance the quality and appeal of the final product.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content under tight deadlines.
• Assist with basic voice-over recording, camera setups, sound mixing, and color grading when required.
• Maintain consistent video quality and follow brand guidelines throughout the editing process.
• Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions for new video ideas and concepts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in video editing is a plus; however, fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Relevant experience in the media industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, film production, or cinematography is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of voice-over recording, camera operation, sound mixing, and color grading.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing software.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.

3. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Assist in creating visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work.
• Quick to adapt & flexible in dynamic environment.
