1. Production Group Leader (Coal Mining)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and output.
• Monitor production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect workers and equipment.
• Work closely with engineering, quality control, and other departments to support production goals.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Other relevant majors.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

2. HR & GA Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengelola kegiatan operasional HRD mencakup administrasi kekaryawanan, rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja.
• Mengelola kegiatan operasional GA: mencakup kebutuhan operasional kantor, catering, pengaturan security dan driver

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Ekonomi Manajemen/Manaejemen Sumber Daya Manusia/jurusan lain yang relevan.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang yang sama.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja dan evaluasi karyawan.
• Mengetahui cara mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi dukungan SDM (HRIS).

3. Trainer Operator A2B (Coal Mining)

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

• Melakukan pelatihan secara teori dan praktek terkait alat-alat berat, dan truk sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada.
• Membuat desain, dan program pengajaran terakit intstruksi pengoperasian alat berat.
• Melakukan evaluasi terkait program pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

• Pengalaman minimal D3.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai trainer operator A2B di perusahaan tambang.
• Memiliki pemahaman konsep good mining practice dan K3LH.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.

4. IT Support Staff (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Follow up on IT Service Desk tickets, including replacing parts and providing backup units as needed, in accordance with SLA.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve daily issues.
• Prepare and set up IT equipment (PC, server, AP, PDT, ROUTER, Modem, etc.).
• Prepare a preventive maintenance plan for IT devices and run the plan periodically.
• Install Ms. Windows, Ms. Office, Application.
• Monitor the network and server every day periodically.
• Create and develop daily reports.

Requirements :

• D3 graduate/equivalent majoring in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in IT Support.
• Have good analytical skills.
• Have good communication (English is preferred).
• Have knowledge of Networking.
• Have knowledge of OS (windows/ios/macos).
• Willing to work with shifting/roster system.

5. CSR Group Leader (Coal Mining)

Responsibilities:

• Execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and values.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various CSR programs, including community outreach, employee volunteering, sustainability initiatives, and social impact projects.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, and government agencies to foster strategic partnerships and maximize the impact of CSR efforts.
• Conduct and make reports on CSR program monitoring and evaluation activities on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare/ Sociology/ Communication/ Social Science, or other relevant majors.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or a similar role.
• Able to work well in teams and individually.
• Have good communication skills and able to build good relationships with local communities.

6. Fuel Logistic Group Leader (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Oversee the distribution of fuel to all vehicles, machinery, and equipment used in mining operations, ensuring continuous and efficient fuel supply.
• Develop fuel delivery schedules to ensure that operational needs are met without delays, optimizing fuel logistics to minimize downtime.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of fuel attendants, truck drivers, and logistics personnel involved in fuel handling and distribution.
• Prepare detailed reports on fuel usage, efficiency, and cost control for management review, providing insights to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements :

• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, mechanical engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• 3-5 years of experience in fuel management, logistics, or fleet operations, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sectors.
• Experience in managing fuel storage, distribution, and handling processes, with knowledge of fuel types used in mining equipment.

7. Production Operator (Dump/Water Truck)

• Memeriksa kondisi truck sebelum dan sesudah digunakan, termasuk ban, rem, lampu, bahan bakar, oli, dan sistem hidrolik.
• Melakukan perawatan rutin dan perbaikan minor pada truck sesuai dengan standar operasional dan keselamatan.
• Mengikuti instruksi dari supervisor atau manajer tentang lokasi, jumlah, dan jenis material yang harus diangkut.
• Mengemudi truck dengan hati-hati dan sesuai dengan peraturan lalu lintas, serta menghindari rintangan atau bahaya di jalan.
• Memuat dan membongkar material dengan menggunakan alat bantu seperti sekop, penggaruk, atau alat berat lainnya.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan truck, baik di dalam maupun di luar.
• Melaporkan setiap masalah, kerusakan, atau kecelakaan yang terjadi selama operasi truck kepada supervisor atau manajer.
• Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan rekan kerja, pelanggan, dan pihak lain yang terlibat dalam proses pengangkutan material.
• Mengikuti prosedur keselamatan kerja dan menggunakan perlengkapan pelindung diri yang sesuai.

8. Excavator Operator (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Load coal and overburden into haul trucks or conveyors as per the required quantities.
• Move materials to designated locations, ensuring the material is handled with care to minimize losses.
• Operate the excavator with efficiency, ensuring optimal fuel consumption and minimal downtime.
• Perform routine pre-start inspections on excavators and related equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and standards in line with mining regulations.

Requirements :

• Proven experience operating excavators, preferably in a coal mining or similar heavy industry.
• Knowledge of coal mining processes, safety procedures, and mining equipment maintenance.
• Certification for operating heavy equipment (e.g., excavators) from an accredited training program.

9. Bulldozer Operator (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Operate bulldozers to clear overburden, level ground, and prepare areas for mining activities.
• Assist in clearing paths and maintaining haul roads used by heavy equipment.
• Help in constructing and maintaining drainage systems to prevent water accumulation in mining pits.
• Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team and perform minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Understand and follow mining regulations, ensuring that operations comply with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements :

• Experience operating bulldozers in mining, construction, or other heavy industries.
• Knowledge of coal mining operations and processes, including site preparation and material movement.

• Certification in bulldozer operation from an accredited training program.

10. Motor Grader Operator (Coal Mining)

Responsibilities:

• Operate motor graders to shape and maintain road surfaces and mining areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on grading equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduates in mechanical Engineering or other related majors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a motor grader operator, preferably in coal mining.

11. Vibro Compactor Operator (Coal Mining)

Responsibilities:

• Operate vibratory compactors to achieve optimal compaction of soil and aggregate materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on compaction equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate compaction activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status.

Qualifications:

12. Plant Maintenance Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Responsibilities :

• Plan, implement and evaluate maintenance programs for all heavy equipment units, operational vehicles and other support units at the Plant; including Fixed Plants.
• Ensure that all mechanics and related teams at the Plant carry out work in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Developing technical competencies required by all mechanics and related teams at the Plant.

Requirement :

• Minimum education D3 majoring in mechanical engineering or other relevant major.
• Minimum 3 years work experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Minimum 6 years work experience as a Plant supervisor.
• Have a minimum POP certification.

13. Maintenance Planner Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, operational demands, and available resources to minimize downtime and disruptions to production.
• Create detailed work orders, outlining specific tasks, required resources, and timelines for the maintenance team to follow.
• Lead a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and support staff, ensuring that maintenance plans are executed effectively and on time.
• Track the usage of spare parts and materials to maintain adequate inventory levels, avoiding delays in maintenance activities.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs for critical mining equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including completed work orders, equipment histories, and performance data.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Certifications in maintenance planning or equivalent experience in maintenance management.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost control measures.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software to manage work orders, schedules, and equipment data.

14. Trainer Mechanic Plant (Coal Mining)

• Memastikan mekanik/teknisi alat berat memiliki kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan alat berat.
• Memastikan operator alat berat memiliki kemampuan dan keahlian yang dibutuhkan untuk mengoperasikan alat berat sesuai dengan standart dan petunjuk teknis
• Memberikan pelatihan terkait perawatan/perbaikan/pengoperasian alat berat yang dibutuhkan mekanik/teknisi atau operator.

Kualifikasi

• Minimal lulusan D3 jurusan Teknik Mesin.
• Tersertifikasi Trainer of Trainer (BNSP).
• Sertifikasi penguasaan alat-alat berat: Excafator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, HD Truck, Vibro Roller, dll.
• Terbiasa memberikan pelatihan baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas.

15. Electric Mechanic (Coal Mining)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Melakukan maintenance pada mesin dan peralatan di plant sesuai work order

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

• Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan Kelistrikan
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai electrician di plant
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Samarinda.

16. Maintenance – Mechanic (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance on mining machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities and report any potential issues before they escalate.
• Respond to equipment failures or breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
• Install new mining equipment or upgrade existing machinery in accordance with safety standards.

Requirements :

17. Maintenance – Welder (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Use specialized welding techniques to repair, reinforce, and fabricate high-strength steel structures, including complex parts like chassis, frames, and booms.
• Repair and restore damaged components, including hydraulic arms, structural steel, large metal buckets, and cutting edges, ensuring optimal durability and safety.
• Provide critical welds to high-stress areas of equipment that operate under extreme conditions (e.g., in high-pressure or high-load areas).
• Regularly inspect welding equipment to ensure it is in proper working order and adhere to maintenance schedules for tools like welding machines, torches, and cutting devices.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the welding area is hazard-free, particularly when handling high-risk tasks like welding in confined spaces or at elevated heights.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training in welding is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a welder in an industrial setting, with a strong background in welding heavy equipment used in mining.
