Lowongan Kerja  – PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk menghasilkan logam dan mineral yang esensial bagi kemajuan hidup manusia. Sebagai perusahaan induk pertambangan logam dan mineral Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, Merdeka mengeksplorasi, mengekstraksi, dan memproduksi emas, perak, tembaga, dan mineral lain melalui anak-anak perusahaan yang tersebar di tiga pulau di Indonesia. Merdeka juga memiliki anak perusahaan di bidang jasa konstruksi pertambangan.

Dua operasi tambang yang dikelola Merdeka saat ini adalah Tambang Emas Tujuh Bukit di Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur; dan Tambang Tembaga Wetar di Pulau Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya. Merdeka sedang mengembangkan sejumlah proyek: Proyek Tembaga Tujuh Bukit, penambangan tembaga bawah tanah di Banyuwangi, yang merupakan salah satu cebakan tembaga terbesar di dunia yang belum dikembangkan; dan Proyek Emas Pani di Gorontalo, Sulawesi, yang akan menjadi salah satu tambang emas primer besar di Indonesia. Merdeka juga sedang membangun Proyek AIM (Acid, Iron, Metal), pabrik pengolahan mineral di Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah, yang akan menghasilkan bahan baku baterai yang penting untuk energi hijau.

Berdiri pada 2012, Merdeka menjadi perusahaan publik pada 2015 dengan kode saham MDKA. Merdeka dimiliki oleh para pemegang saham terkemuka, antara lain PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk, PT Provident Capital Indonesia (melalui PT Mitra Daya Mustika dan PT Suwarna Arta Mandiri), dan Garibaldi Thohir.

Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk

1. Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Law from a reputable university
• Outstanding academic credentials
• 1 – 3 years of experience with a law firm and/or in house counsel (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Significant exposure to a sophisticated commercial, contract, corporate or transactional matters
• Experience in the mining sector is compulsory
• Fluent in written and conversational English
• Full professional proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
• Ability to achieve satisfying results to meet demanding deadlines
• Some travels are expected
• Placement: Jakarta

2. Electrical & Instrument Engineer Superintendent

Location: Pani Gold Project – Pani (Gorontalo)

Requirement:

• Meet all the requirements for Health, Safety, and Work Environment which refers to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 Decree of the Director-General of Mineral and Coal Number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 and regulations other related.
• Have a POP certificate, POM is more preferred, and have been involved in ISO and SMKP audits
• Having a good exposure in Project Management process. Available related certifications preferred.
• Male / Female, maximum 45 years.
• Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Experienced in Oil & Gas, EPC project, in particular Mining Processing Construction or Operation for Electrical & Instrument, with minimum 3 years as Superintendent or 10 years as Senior Engineer.
• Develop Project Objectives and Specifications for all required tools and equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge in automation and process control. Familiar with instrumentation and analyzer, troubleshooting, motorize valve, VFDs, PLC, DCS System.
• Have the ability to prepare electrical documents such as Load List Calculation, Cable Sizing Calculation, Power System Study, Data Sheet of Power Transformers, MV & LV Motors and Drives, MV & LV Switchgear & MCC, Cables, Lighting, Grounding, and others.
• Involve and assist Construction Manager Processing in planning and manage projects completed OTOBOS.
• Take a lead / manage related contractors and its project activities by demonstrating visible leadership.
• Collaborates with the team, cross department, and stakeholder to develop design with efficient methods and practices.
• Provide technical direction for engineering works from contract award to commissioning phase
• Maintain an effective quality system to ensure all records of test and inspections result required are obtained
• Willing to work under pressure and long hours (if required). Have an advance level of discipline.
• Have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills
• Have good communication skills, emotional intelligence, especially in a high-strung environment.

3. Mandarin Translator

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately translated a wide range of documents, including marketing materials, technical manuals, and legal contracts, ensuring the preservation of meaning and context.
• Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
• Localize content to cater to the specific needs and preferences of the Chinese partner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major or a related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HSK 4 or above certification is preferred.
