Melalui anak perusahaannya, PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara, perusahaan ini juga bergerak dalam bidang produksi polietilena. Polietilena yang diproduksi termasuk Polietilena Berdensitas Tinggi (HDPE) dan resin Polietilena Linier Berdensitas Rendah (LLDPE), yang dipasarkan di bawah merek TITANVEN. Pabrik produksi Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Cilegon, Indonesia. Anak perusahaannya termasuk Lotte Chemical Titan International Ltd, PT Titan Trading, Chemical Brothers Ltd, dan South Wealth Finance Ltd.

Lowongan Kerja PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia (LCI)
1. Environment Performance Monitoring & Compliance Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update regularly environment parameter performance based on ISO 14001, PROPER, and RKL-RPL requirement
- In charge for preparation & developing an environment document to meet ISO 14001, PROPER and Lender requirement
- Monitor and ensure that all environment parameter performance comply with ISO 14001, RKL-RPL PROPER, and lender requirement.
- Coordinate internally and externally for audit activity (ISO 14001, PROPER, Environment Government, and others Environment Audit) and create work activity planning for Environment Section
- Develop and create monthly performance report for Environment Section
- Control follow up action of finding environment item and improvement plan
- Collecting and analyzing all environmental parameter data performance, environment incident investigation and develop incident investigation reports, and create environment annual training plan and control the training implementation
- Develop and create environment emergency response preparedness plan and develop environment emergency drill planning regularly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environment Engineering
- Have 5+ years of working experience in as Environment Engineer at Petrochemical/ Chemical plant or refinery
- Proficient knowledge and have working experience for preparation ISO 14001 certification, PROPER assessment, RKL-RPL Document
- Has good knowledge and work experience related waste water, air emission, and hazardous waste
- Certified environment professional is preferred
- Experienced & capable as Environment Trainer
- Have good English communication skill both writing and speaking
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to be place in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
2. Sr. Waste Water Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Activities to prevent water pollution and report management
- Monitor and control waste water parameter (SPARING)/ TMS
- Recording and reporting waste water parameter to government authorize
- Assessment and analysis data waste water quality
- Develop improvement plan for waste water performance
- Responsible for the management of pollution and pollution prevention in marine and port
- Involve problem solving for waste water issues or concerns
- Prepare document and coordinate Pre-Startup Safety Review waste water treatment
- Develop operational risk of waste water treatment and prevention plan to avoid waste water quality upset
- Involve for preparation, commissioning, and start up waste water treatment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Environment Engineering or relevant major
- At least 5 – 10 years working experience in a similar role at Petrochemical plant or Oil Gas & Refinery
- Has PPA certificate
- Certified waste water professional
- Experienced and capable as HSE Trainer
- Proficient knowledge of relevant environment laws, policies, and procedures
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
3. Sr. Air Emission Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Energy management including reducing consumption and efficiency
- Green House Gas (GHG) emission management and report preparation
- Monitoring and controlling CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System)
- Manage activities to prevent Air Pollution and report preparation
- Involve for improvement to prevent non conformance government regulation
- Preparation external /government audit for CEMS
- Air quality test and management
- Involve in lender and government visit or audit
- Keep track of the rules and protocols propagated by the regulating authority with regards to pollution and emissions control
- Note the rules applicable to the organization’s operations and check them for consistency with actual operations
- Conduct quality inspections of the machineries and ensure they are capable of treating the wastage efficiently
- Make changes to the organization’s policies to update them regularly and imbibe the newly set protocols
- Submit documents and test results to the authority to prove that emissions level are under control
- Communicate with the legal inspectors to conduct operations audit of the organization
- Prepare case material for organizations in the event of violation of protocols
- Acquire certifications and approvals for the machineries from the emissions control authorities
- Monitor the progress of the plans from its designing stage until its launch and check for the emissions levels
- Conduct quality inspections of the machineries and ensure they are capable of treating the wastage efficiently
- Communicate with employees at all levels and explain them the importance of controlling the emissions
- Involve for compliance ISO 14000 & PROPER (Environment performance assessment by Government) requirement
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Environmental Science/ Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources Management, Energy engineering
- Has > 8 years working experience in similar position at Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas Refinery
- Has good English communication skill both oral and writing
- Good analytical thinking skills, Problem solving skill with focus on issue resolution
- Has good personality and attitude
- Has good willingness for self development
- Willing to be placed in Merak plant – Cilegon
