Lowongan Kerja – PT Hino Finance Indonesia (“HFI/Perseroan”) didirikan berdasarkan perjanjian usaha patungan antara Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., dan Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (bagian dari Sumitomo Corporation) sesuai dengan Akta Pendirian tertanggal 11 Juli 2014.
HFI merupakan perusahaan pembiayaan spesialis untuk truk komersial terutama untuk merek Hino, yang hadir untuk mendukung penjualan produk Hino di Indonesia melalui solusi pembiayaan seperti sewa pembiayaan, jual dan sewa balik, dan produk lainnya sesuai anggaran dasar Perseroan, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.
Hingga saat ini HFI memiliki 11 cabang yang tersebar di kota-kota besar di Indonesia untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan.

1. Account Officer Jakarta
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debitors/potential debitors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to achieve sales target.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years experience in related position in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Strong eagerness in building relationship
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can make reporting in English
2. Account Officer Makassar
Job Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Makassar, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debitors/potential debitors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role requires on-site presence in Makassar, Indonesia.
Qualifications:

3. Corporate Legal and Compliance
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal at PT Hino Finance Indonesia. The Corporate Legal will be responsible for ensure the company’s business activities are in compliance with the policies of the Financial Services Authority Regulations and create/review the Company’s Cooperation Agreement with its business partners. The role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Law
- Experienced as Corporate Legal for approximately 3 years in a Financial Company
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulation, especially in Financial Company
- Knowledge of corporate law
- Knowledge of legal contract review & drafting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
4. Customer Service
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receiving, recording and resolving all customer questions, requests and complaints in accordance with the time and method of handling determined by the company
- Conduct end-to-end monitoring activities for the resolution of customer requests/complaints involving other units/vendors by coordinating directly with related units
- Maintain company image and good relations with customers by communicating and by looking and behaving well in accordance with what is regulated by the company and applicable norms
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information about facilities, services and products if needed using appropriate methods/tools
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Having 2-3 years working in the service / Customer Service department
- Having knowledge in financial industry is an added value
- Good communication skill and enjoy building relationship with new person
- Excellent in customer orientation
5. Credit Analyst Surabaya
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Become part of the financing acquisition process by verifiying data along with information from prospective customers to then be proceed and analyzed into a feasibility report on the provision of financing facilities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in economics of engineering
- Fresh graduate or max 2 years experience
- Strong analytical thinking
- Have interest working with numbers, financial statments or other financial data
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
