Lowongan Kerja – Erajaya Swasembada (PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk., IDX: ERAA) adalah perusahaan ritel dan distribusi perangkat elektronik yang berhubungan dengan telekomunikasi seperti handset, kartu SIM, kartu voucher prabayar, aksesoris, komputer, dan segala jenis gadget elektronik. Presiden Direktur ERAA terakhir hingga pada tahun 2015 adalah Budiarto Halim. Berkat kepemilikannya mengenai empat anak perusahaannya Erafone Artha Retailindo, Sinar Eka Selaras, Era Sukses Abadi, dan Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM), ERAA disebut juga Erajaya Group.[1] Pemegang saham utama perusahaan ini adalah Eralink International dengan besaran 59.97%.

1. Branch Manager EV

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales strategies to promote electric vehicles, ensuring targets are met, and fostering a knowledgeable sales team.
  • Enhancing the customer journey by providing education on electric vehicles, addressing concerns about range and charging, and ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
  • Implementing training programs for sales associates and Overseeing service departments to ensure technicians are trained in electric vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Developing marketing strategies to promote electric vehicles, including community outreach and partnerships to increase brand visibility and consumer education
  • Managing dealership finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation strategies
  • Ensuring the dealership adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding electric vehicle sales and service, including emissions standards and safety protocols
  • Working closely with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to align on product offerings, promotional activities, and training resources

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive industry or a similar sector
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, Automobile, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing region or branch, preferably with a background in sales operations or dealership management
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including new and pre-owned vehicle sales, parts, after-sales services, and regional market dynamics
  • Familiarity with sales forecast for vehicles, spare parts, and services
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation skills, and good English skills

2. Business Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to align with strategic objectives.
  • Preparing performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Leveraging business intelligence tools to integrate and analyze data from various sources for comprehensive insights.
  • Designing and maintaining advanced performance dashboards for real-time monitoring and decision-making

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in statistic, mathematics, data analytics, or related
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Business Performance, Business Reporting, Data Analytics
  • Experience in Tableau & PowerBl is a plus
  • Proficient in english writing & speaking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel is a must
  • Willing to work 100% from office at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat

3. IT Application & SAP Support

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuration SAP application for both in Head Office and Branches Office
  • Maintaining and monitoring SAP application
  • Receive, monitor, and troubleshoot the problem within SLA both in Web Ticketing System or Non Ticketing
  • Monitoring daily log report from SAP Application

Requirement:

  • Min Bachelor Degree from Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science, or related
  • Min. 1-3 years experience in Application Support
  • Experience in ERP, especially in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience in implementation project application
  • Good communication, fluent in English
  • Detail oriented, experience in documentation system
  • Experience in creating user manual application
  • Willing to work in shifting (Ist shift from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM or 2nd shift from 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM)
  • Willing to work 100% from office at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat
