Lowongan Kerja PT Eka Jaya Internasional
1. Quality Control IPC Staff (In – Process Control)
Cikupa, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Vocational High School or Diploma in Chemical Analyst.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (Excel & Word).
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and high sense of responsibility.
- Good analytical thinking, able to multitask and set priorities.
- Ready to work in shift and weekend.
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Quality Monitoring: Conduct sampling and laboratory testing on incoming materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Measurement and Inspection: Operate and maintain various quality control instruments and measurement tools to accurately assess product attributes. Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Defect Identification: Detect and report any product defects or inconsistencies during the production process. Work closely with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Data Recording and Reporting: Compile test results and measurements into detailed reports. Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborative Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret quality data. Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
2. Regional Sales Manager – Surabaya (Home Base)
Surabaya
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in the Beauty, FMCG, or Retail industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Regional Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies tailored to your region to meet targets and maximize business growth.
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Oversee and motivate a sales team to ensure targets are met. Provide training, mentorship, and support to enhance team performance.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and distributors within your region, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor Regional Sales Performance: Track sales metrics, KPIs, and performance in the region. Use insights to adjust strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives, product launches, and market expansion.
3. National Sales Manager
Tangerang, Banten
Job Requirements:
- Holds bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience as National Sales Manager
- Have experiences working from Beauty, FMCG, or Retail Industry are preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Willing to travel extensively and manage tasks across different regions
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead National Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple regions to achieve national targets. Align strategies with company goals for market expansion and brand growth.
- Manage Sales Team: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and achieve individual and collective targets. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

4. Finance Supervisor
Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related major
- At least min. 4 years of experience in the same role in the FMCG company
- Proficient in banking systems and experienced with internet banking
- Capable of leading and guiding a team
- Skilled in using SAP Business One and have expertise in cash flow forecasting
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
- Experienced in data processing with strong analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to generate ideas for team improvement
- Willing to be placed for Full WFO in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth plans. Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, guiding them in achieving both individual and collective goals.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Provide actionable insights into financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization’s financial practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial strategies with business goals.
