Lowongan Kerja PT Cargill Indonesia

 

1. Customer Service Representative for Waste and Palm Products

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain systems and strategic relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
  • Use thorough knowledge of complex customer service practices and procedures to independently validate and execute customer service strategies.
  • Oversee the transaction of POME, UCO/food waste, and other waste products on behalf of Cargill NV to ensure all shipments and documentations are correct and in place as confirmed by Cargill NV in the contracts.
  • Work closely with 3rd Party (FIMA) on the issuance of customs declarations from/to Malaysia (ex FIMA’s Tank) including tank allocation management.
  • Monitor and update to related teams regarding export regulation, HS code and restriction for waste products.
  • Manage waste reporting and correspondence (verbal and written) with internal and external parties through good communication skills and carry out daily coordination with waste suppliers, Forwarding Company, surveyors, and ship agents.
  • Palm customer data management (registration, reporting and reconciliation), including Palm Trace and Sustainability data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding basic knowledge in shipment activity
  • Understanding basic knowledge in storage and inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal
  • Highly collaborative – ability to excel in a team environment
  • Self-starter – highly motivated with demonstrated initiative

  • Experience managing and planning import/export process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise in a global matrixed company

2. Maintenance & Reliability Analyst

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement and ensure compliance of maintenance & reliability dashboard indicators.
  • Responsible for CMMS (Maximo) maturity implementation for all users
  • Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up.
  • Identify process and work management failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the maintenance & reliability process.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with maintenance & reliability work management
  • Knowledge of operations information systems
  • Location Gresik, Jawa Timur

 

3. Territory Manager-Aquaculture (North Sumatera Region)

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations and proposals and participating in product demonstrations.
  • Help identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • With basic knowledge of products, their characteristics and market, sell and stimulate demand for a series of products.
  • Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
  • Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Degree in animal science, aquaculture or any relevant
  • Have experience in commercial experiences
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
  • Has knowledge in animal feed would be an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Location Medan, Sumatera Utara

5. HR Operations Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, organize and control the operations and work activities of the team.
  • Closely monitor performance metrics using technology and tools to ensure quality service and timely actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts for internal processes to standardize, simplify and automate the tasks needed to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate input processes in a timely manner, including elaborating activities, schedules, defining responsibilities, following process execution and intervening if needed to ensure payroll service quality.
  • Partner with teams to define opportunities, needs, roles and responsibilities, work schedules teams dedicated to grow the business.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time and attendance, leave management, worker’s compensation and employee health and safety
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or human resources
  • Location Palembang, Sumatera Selatan
