Lowongan Kerja PT bp Indonesia

1. Castrol Marketing Graduate Programme

As a Marketing Graduate you…

• Have a customer focus mindset; you can put yourself into the shoes of the customer when building offer development and loyalty strategies
• Are creative and innovative; a ‘big picture’ thinker who thrives on using data insights to drive loyalty and value for our customers
• Are fulfilled from delivering value to the customer, our internal business, and external customers

• Will be studying a business and/or arts degree with majors in Marketing and digital (or related fields is desirable)

To be eligible for the Marketing Graduate Programme you will:

• Pursued/pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and studied/studying a business and/or arts degree with majors in Marketing and/or digital (or related fields is desirable)
• Graduated/graduating between January 2023 and July 2024

2. Instrument and Control Engineering Graduate Programme

As an Instrumentation & Control Electrical Engineer, you will be:

• Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of I&E engineering and maintenance work within oil & gas production sites.
• Working in a multidiscipline team environment in coordination with several resources including maintenance supervisors, engineers, specialists, craftsmen, and contractor personnel in support of daily maintenance activities and site driven improvements.
• Learning and applying both Instrumentation Technologies, such as Level, Pressure and Temperature Transmitters and Low, Medium, and High Voltage power system technologies, such as Transformers, Motors, Breakers, etc.

To be eligible for the Graduate Programme program you will:

• Pursued/pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering/technology, Mechanical Engineering/Technology, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or other closely related disciplines
• Graduated/graduating between January 2023 and July 2024

3. Geophysics Graduate Programme

Duties and responsibilities

The precise nature of your role will be defined by your skills as well as the needs of the business but your responsibilities will include:

• Working on projects and supporting your team to find the best solutions
• Helping to maintain performance within your team and for bp as a company
• Building relationships both within bp and with our external partners, collaborating across functions, segments and teams to deliver excellence
• Demonstrating drive and dedication through the bp beliefs with an emphasis on safety.

To be eligible for the Geophysics Graduate Programme programme you will:

• Pursued/pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s or PhD degree in geology, earth science, natural sciences, environmental science, maths, and physics.
• Graduated/graduating between January 2023 and July 2024

4. Petrophysics Graduate Programme

To be eligible for the Petrophysics Graduate Programme programme you will:

• Pursued/pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in petrophysics, geoscience, geology, geophysics, earth science, natural science, environmental science, mathematics, physics, petroleum or other relevant engineering studies.
• Graduated/graduating between January 2023 and July 2024

5. Reservoir Engineering Graduate Programme

As a Reservoir Engineer, you’ll focus on integrating geoscience, rock, fluid, pressure, facilities and well engineering data to understand hydrocarbon reservoir and/or storage container performance, plan new field developments and/or optimize the economic recovery of hydrocarbons and/or storage solutions. Depending on your BP location and role, you will gain broad capability, primarily through job experiences in:

• Well and/or area Performance: for example, participation in the reservoir and well reviews; involvement in reservoir performance analysis, well planning, or flood management
• Reservoir and/or storage management: for example, in setting depletion strategy, generating field development options, or reserves estimation
• Reservoir and/or storage simulation: for example, in history matching or model building, developing data analytics solutions.

To be eligible for the PERE Graduate Programme program you will:

• Pursued/pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related applied science engineering.
• Graduated/graduating between January 2023 and December 2024.

6. Wells Engineering Graduate Programme

Roles and responsibilities ​

Your part in this could be any of the following:

• Assessing future exploration and development prospects for cost and technical feasibility.
• Designing new wells, coordinating a rig team and a wide range of contractors to build them.
• Recommending how to re-use or repair existing wells to extend their useful production life.
• Specifying and ordering the materials and services needed for well construction and maintenance.
• Analysing performance and recommending changes to improve economic returns.
• Seeking out and applying new techniques or technologies to solve technical well problems.
• Evaluating the integrity of existing wells, maintaining, or repairing them to ensure they remain safe.
• Decommissioning wells which have reached the end of their life.
• Communicating with our external operating partners and government agencies.

Requirements ​

• You’ll need a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in: any Engineering degree, Chemistry, Data/Computational Science, Construction, Geosciences, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Maths, Physics or Petrophysics.

7. Subsurface Engineering Graduate Programme

Key responsibilities could include:

• Seek expertise, continually learn & develop the safety & risk management skills of myself & my team.
• Supervise and assure the survey and positioning activities on assigned construction, inspection and / or site survey projects undertaken by the company.
• Assist in provision of technical acquisition advice to solve survey acquisition related questions or challenges within the team.
• Deliver projects in line with MoGO process or appropriate alternative contractor management processes.
• Identify risks throughout key stages of the project and support risk management activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in project preparation including logistical planning and execution.
• Review operations to determine technical compliance to project requirements.
• Monitor quality of field reports from survey contractors.
• Review final reports from contractors.
• Participate in acquisition operations.
• Liaise with Data Management team to ensure contractor data deliveries are aligned with GIS / reporting requirements & formats.

To be eligible for the Graduate Programme program you will:

• Pursued/pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geodesy, Land Surveying, Hydrographic Survey, Topographic or Mapping Science or closely related discipline
• Graduated/graduating between January 2022 and July 2024
