Lowongan Kerja PT Bank Jago Tbk

1. Operation Reporting Specialist

What you will do

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reporting Laporan Bank Umum Terintegrasi (LBUT – Antasena) & Apolo, according to prevailing regulation
• Identify any data error or unreconciling item between report and data
• Prepare data for any inquiries from the regulators and other stakeholders
• Review policies and procedure related with reporting
• Involve in regulatory reporting project automation

What you need to have

• Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting in Banking Industry
• Have a good understanding of regulator (OJK/ BI) regulations
• Familiar with Banking processes
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL/ Biq Query is a must
• Excellent time management skills and possess the ability to adapt
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economic or related fields
• Prior experience working in a Banking or Big 4 company for minimum 2 years of experience will be an advantage

2. Due Diligence Specialist (Contract)

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct regular due diligence checks on Partners to monitor Partner’s business processes are still running well and in accordance with the provisions.
• Conduct internal inspection/monitoring to monitor the process is in accordance with the provisions.
• Coordinate with the Lead Assessor and/or Due Diligence Lead regarding the inspection process and inspection results.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 (preferably from a reputable university)
• Fresh Graduate or have a maximum of 3 years work experience
• Have skills in operating word data/processor such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint or Google Workspace, SQL
• Have good analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
