Lowongan Kerja – Berdiri pada tanggal 6 Juli 2006, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra (“Balitower”) merupakan perusahaan penyedia infrastruktur Menara Telekomunikasi terkemuka di Propinsi Bali dan pelopor penyedia sarana Menara yang dilengkapi fasilitas transmisi terintegrasi melalui jaringan fiber optic/nirkable yang senantiasa dapat mendukung kemajuan teknologi di bidang telekomunikasi. Pada Tanggal 13 Maret 2014, Balitower resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mulai diperdagangkan dengan kode Emiten BALI.

Pada Lowongan Kerja 2024 ini, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk

1. NOC Leader Vsat

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the monitoring and management of VSAT satellite networks, ensuring seamless communication and performance
• Lead the NOC team to perform real-time monitoring of VSAT links, including satellite channels, network routers, modems, and base stations
• Oversee the identification and resolution of issues related to satellite network performance, including signal degradation, link outages, and equipment failures
• Lead and manage a team of NOC technicians and engineers who monitor VSAT and other network services
• Conduct team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and communicate updates on satellite infrastructure
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving satellite network operations and reducing outages.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, electronics engineering, or a related field is typically required
• At least 2 years experience in network operations or a related field is usually necessary
• Deep understanding of VSAT communication systems, including satellite modems, antennas, RF technology, and signal propagation
• Experience with network monitoring tools specific to VSAT networks, including performance tracking and incident alerting
• Several years of experience working with VSAT systems, satellite networking, or telecommunications.

2. Regional Operation Vsat Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field is generally required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a NOC, Field Operation or similar role, with previous leadership roles
• Several years of experience working with VSAT systems in remote field locations, ideally with a background in satellite communications, network installation, or telecommunications
• Significant experience in VSAT operations, telecommunications, or related technical fields
• Ability to monitor and analyze network performance data, generate reports, and make recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VSAT communication systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Ensure the network is stable, secure, and capable of meeting the communication needs of the organization
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth satellite communication operations
• Monitor network performance and satellite links to ensure they meet required service levels and troubleshoot any performance issues
• Ensure that VSAT terminals, antennas, modems, and other hardware are properly maintained and periodically upgraded.

3. Regional Project Coordinator Vsat

Responsibilities :

• Manage the progress of VSAT development in the area
• Controlling & Evaluating Project team and Contractors performance in area
• Ensure Installation & Documentation progresses are according to plan
• Effective & Efficient in Identify and solving deployment problems
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholder regarding project activity (Planning, Logistic. Government etc.)
• Ensure the project produce result according to timeline, works plan and required standard of quality.

Requirements:

• Candidate at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication
• At least 3 years experience in VSAT development/ project
• Have a good Communication & Reporting skill
• Understanding of basic Network satellite communication
• Understanding of Project Management.

4. Project Manager Vsat

Responsibilities:

• Manage plan, schedule, and budget VSAT deployments
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Oversee procurement, installation, and configuration of VSAT equipment
• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal VSAT terminal placement
• Manage project resources to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks
• Foster communication among team members, stakeholders, and government representatives
• Provide technical support during deployment and maintenance
• Stay updated on VSAT industry trends for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related field
• 8+ years of project management experience in VSAT or satellite communications
•  Strong technical knowledge of VSAT systems and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record in managing complex projects compliant with regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation
• Willingness to travel as needed.
