Lowongan Kerja PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group)
1. HC PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (TALENT MANAGEMENT)
Location: Aerotrans Head Office, Tangerang
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end talent management strategy.
- Develop and manage the implementation of talent management programs through SOPs, KPIs, manuals, and other metrics.
- Conduct Training Needs and Workload Analysis.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP.

2. ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Location: Aerotrans Head Office, Tangerang
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting (AR/AP), handling reconciliation and general ledger tasks.
- Experience with SAP (or other ERP) is preferred.
- Having Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

3. FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR)
Location: Tangerang
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and supervising the end-to-end process of building maintenance, including implementing building safety procedures and emergency plans, supervising maintenance operational staff, performing routine building inspections, and reporting the results.
- Receiving breakdown reports and planning maintenance actions.
- Ensuring buildings and facilities comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- Solid experience in Facility Management/Building Management with a minimum of 3 years, including at least 1 year of supervising or leading a team.
- Skills in creating 3D engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with Facility Management SOPs, HSE, and Asset Management.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
