Lowongan Kerja OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing

1. Product Engineer, Product Structure

Responsibilities:

• New Product Introduction (NPI):
  • Collaborate with design teams and HQ to understand product specifications, manufacturing requirements, and structural integrity needs.
  • Optimize production processes to enable scalable manufacturing without compromising quality.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and identify potential structural issues.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure component compliance with design and quality standards.
• Production Support:
  • Monitor production to maintain quality standards, focusing on structural aspects.
  • Troubleshoot assembly line issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to align on structural requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CAD software, structural analysis tools, and experience with assembly processes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and experience with root-cause analysis for resolving production issues.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HQ, suppliers, and production staff in Bahasa, English & Chinese language.
• Mandarin Speaker is a Must
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and quickly adapt to new products and processes.

2. Product Engineer, Electro Instruments

Responsibilities:

• New Product Introduction (NPI):
  • Collaborate with design teams and HQ to understand electronic and electrical specifications.
  • Optimize electrical systems for scalable and efficient production without compromising quality & Conduct feasibility assessments of electrical components and identify potential risks.
• Production Support:
  • Monitor production processes to ensure electrical and electronic components meet quality benchmarks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical issues in the assembly line and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ, suppliers, and Indonesia manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on electrical requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in PCB design, electro-mechanical integration, and electrical systems optimization.
  • Experience with electrical component analysis tools and troubleshooting assembly processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement troubleshooting programs for electrical/electro-mechanical systems to ensure quick resolution of production issues.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with expertise in root-cause analysis to resolve production challenges effectively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HQ, suppliers, and production teams, in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin.
• Mandarin Speaker is a Must
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, adapting quickly to new products and processes.

3. Manufacture Engineer, Automation

Responsibilities:

• Automation Equipment Introduction: Design and implement new automation equipment to meet production and quality department needs.
• Equipment Improvement: Ensure efficient, stable, and reliable operation through timely maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
• Production Site Technical Support: Solve complex equipment issues, create operational guides, plan annual maintenance, and provide technician training.
• Instrument Measurement and Maintenance: Conduct timely maintenance and measurement of instruments.
• Equipment Procurement: Complete procurement, certification, and acceptance of equipment as needed for production and quality.
• Engineering Projects: Evaluate, track, and accept engineering projects promptly.
• Environmental and Safety Management: Prevent workplace hazards, reduce pollution, follow safety regulations, use equipment and chemicals correctly, and manage waste properly.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Mechanical, Automation, and related professional fields.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Have a knowledge in designing, manufacturing, and commissioning equipment or automation tools, as well as experience in technician management.
• Familiar with mechanical principles, design, and mechatronics knowledge.
• Familiar with the principles and use of automation components.
• Proficient in drawing software such as CAD and PRO / E.
• Familiar with PLC programming and able to designing PLC-based electrical control systems.
• Have hands-on skills to repair and assemble related jig and automation equipment.
• Possess good coordination and learning abilities, able to endure difficulties and hard work willing to work in shifts.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and good team awareness

4. Production Supervisor Assistant, Lean Manufacturing Project

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to meet daily and long-term targets.
• Address and resolve production challenges in collaboration with relevant teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Actively participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing projects such as 55, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Record, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Serve as a bilingual communication bridge, translating Mandarin and English instructions and documents to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to uphold a safe workplace.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments, with a focus on process improvement.
• Fresh Graduates also welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 55, Six Sigma, Kanban).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production management software.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal), with strong translation and interpretation skills.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to working extended hours or shifts as required by production demands.
• Prior experience leading or supporting improvement projects is an advantage.

5. Electrical Engineering Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the construction and installation of electrical engineering projects, ensuring comprehensive management of quality, safety, and progress in construction projects.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of high-voltage substations, low-voltage distribution systems, UPS, and other equipment.
• Analyze and summarize the existing power systems, identify issues, and propose solutions and optimization plans.
• Manage power energy systems and analyze operating costs related to energy consumption.
• Revise and draft operation manuals for power systems and low-voltage distribution systems.
• Assist in providing technical data for the design of power systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher Majors in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or Electrical Automation are required (Chinese-educated individuals who have studied in China for more than 4 years are preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in mechanical and electrical operations and maintenance in large-scale industries or manufacturing are preferred.
• Familiarity with power distribution principles, high and low-voltage cabinet functions and configurations, as well as knowledge of air compressor systems and HVAC system principles and configurations.
• Strong proficiency in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to effectively read technical documents in Chinese.
• Proactive and motivated, with strong communication and coordination skills and excellent teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in CAD drafting and skilled in using Office software (Word, Excel,Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
