Berlokasi di Sidoarjo, Klinbos memproduksi berbagai produk yang berfokus pada pembersih rumah tangga dengan formula yang aman dan telah teruji KEMENKES. Sejak 2021, Klinbos menjadi pilihan utama ratusan ribu ibu rumah tangga, membantu mereka menjaga kebersihan rumah dengan mudah melalui produk-produk andalan yang sukses terjual laris di berbagai platform e-commerce.

1. Brand Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand and marketing management, including brand development, product launches, and brand activation.
• Experience with and an understanding of market research
• An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• The ability to manage and allocate budgets
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
• Work placement will be in Sidoarjo, East Java.

2. HR Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or master in human resource, psychology, management or in any related major.
• At least 3 year’s working experience will be your advantage.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of HR systems and database.
• Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation (KPI).
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities.
• Computer Literate Microsoft Office (MS. Word, MS. Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace.

3. Business Development Supervisor

• chelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fielad.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in business development and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Financial Statements, and Data Analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in partner relationship management, strategic negotiations, and account expansion.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with strong proficiency in interpreting data and KPIs.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Work placement will be in Sidoarjo, East Java.

4. Production Supervisor

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Kimia.
• Pengalaman 2 tahun di industri manufaktur bahan kimia.
• Mempunyai kepemimpinan yang kuat dan kemampuan untuk mengelola tim secara efektif.
• Familiar dengan peraturan BPOM, audit internal dan eksternal, termasuk yang terkait dengan BPOM, sertifikasi halal, PKRT, dan BPJPH.
• Mampu membuat jadwal, target produksi, manajemen produksi, pemantauan, kontrol, dan perencanaan.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam lingkungan tim.
• Pengetahuan terkini tentang teknologi terbaru di bidang yang relevan.
• Terampil dalam pemecahan masalah, dengan kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengantisipasi masalah, menerapkan solusi, dan membuat keputusan berbasis data.
• Mempunyai pemahaman tentang pengoperasian mesin produksi.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan Google Suite.
• Penempatan kerja di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.

5. Creative Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading and managing creative teams,content creators, a creative leadership or project management role.
• Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Recent experience launching complex digital products.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the latest content and design trends.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong Knowledge of the design process and program management.
• Having copywriting skills, Creative Direction and Branding skills, Creative Strategy and Graphic Design skills, and Team Management skill.

6. Content Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fielad.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a content creator.
• Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands.
• Expert in Digital Marketing and Create Content.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to create copywriting, storyboards, & scripts
• Recent experience launching complex digital products.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the latest content and design trends.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong Knowledge of the design process and program management.
• Having copywriting skills, Creative Direction and Branding skills, Creative Strategy and Graphic Design skills, and Team Management skill.
• Having a branding portfolio is an added value

7. KOL Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fielad.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a KOL specialist.
• Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands.
• Expert in Digital Marketing and Create KOL brief.
• Ability to negotiate with KOL
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the latest content and design trends.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

8. Affiliate Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fielad.
• Minimum 1 years experience handling Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, and Sales.

• Experience in managing affiliates and Partnerships that have a major impact on the Company.
