1. MGR – Cash & Trade Processing Specialist – Hybrid

Jakarta

The Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis
• Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Resolve transaction services issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct complex analysis
• Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors
• Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the Cash & Trade operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives
• Assist with providing informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members as required
• Assist manager in identifying need for and implementing procedural changes, assist in BAU administration of team, and act as backup for manager

2. AVP – Indonesia GCB RemainCo Manager – Hybrid

Jakarta

Indonesia GCB RemainCo Manager is a mid to senior level position in charge to support RemainCo team managing short and long tail activities related to GCB portfolio post business divestiture period in Indonesia. The role covers exposure on project management, operational, customer servicing and regulatory engagement. GCB RemainCo team would be responsible to handle any residual activities that are part of the Global Consumer Banking Portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Support GCB RemainCo team in delivering regionally-driven and country-driven projects related to GCB RemainCo team setup in Indonesia
• Lead the transition of relevant process/activities from the existing GCB Team post business divestiture period
• Manage the operational activities related to residual GCB portfolio post business divestiture period
• Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
• Assist stakeholders with developing projects, determining strategies, and defining/providing metrics
• Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
• Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
• Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership

3. Citigold Acquisition Team Team Leader

The CGAT Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing assistant leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team. The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales Head, Branch Manager and Area Operations Director to achieve sales and service goals
• Maximize sales referrals and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, resolve escalated customer complaints/ issues
• Assist in creating highly productive sales culture, fostering an environment in which all branch employees and segment partners excel and achieve scorecard goals
• Build portfolio growth by coaching/developing tellers to identify referral opportunities and convert to sales
• Oversee daily operations and conduct “daily proof processes” of branch to ensure operational compliance; investigate and mitigate controllable losses among branch staff

The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a full range of support services to sales people and client segments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and service assistance to Relationship Managers in serving consolidated banking customers
